The hotel was conveniently located close to my job assignment with easy access to I80 and nearby attractions. The rooms were spacious, with a fridge and microwave, providing a very nice and comfortable stay for the night. The breakfast was basic, but the dining experience left something to be desired.
My stay at Country Inn and Suites had its ups and downs. The rooms could use a little more attention in the housekeeping department, but the service was excellent. The location was convenient for my job assignment, although the noise from the nearby highway was a drawback. The dining experience was outstanding, but I did notice noise coming from the traffic nearby.
After a long day out, coming back to the room was a letdown due to stains all over the carpet. The room was suitable for watching TV in bed or working on a laptop at the desk but not much else. The service was responsive in handling complaints, offering partial refunds and alternate solutions, yet some issues like ants in the room were off-putting. The location was convenient for work but had a strong, musty odor. Although the dining experience wasn't ideal with cold coffee, the facilities were relatively new and spacious.
